Carrot Smoothie Bowl


2 bananas
1/12/ cups of plain non fat yoghurt
3 tablespoons almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
Half a cup of shredded drained carrots
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1/2 cupf of fresh pineapple
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A  mixxture of banana, carrot cocnut flakes to top and make it look pretty

Place all the ingredients together in a large blender and mix on a high setting
Once happy with your mixture split into two bowls
Put all your toppings on top and servie immediately.
